Facility Cleaner / Custodial – 1st Shift
Location: Dahlonega, GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

RefrigiWear is looking for a dependable and hardworking Facility Cleaner / Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facility areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas

• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Follow all cleaning procedures and company safety guidelines

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management

• Assist with other general cleaning and facility duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as needed

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
