Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Machine Operators in Hartville, OH

Hours:
1st Shift – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday

Pay: $16.00/hr (all shifts)
Start Dates: January 5th and January 12th

Short Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators for an established manufacturing facility in Hartville, OH. These positions offer consistent, full-time hours and the opportunity to learn and grow in a production setting. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions to ensure the production of quality parts.

Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
* Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
* Strong attention to quality and safety
* Must be punctual and dependable
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Must be willing to comply with a national background check

Physical Requirements:
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stand, stoop, and lift as part of daily duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
