Lingo Staffing is hiring Loaders in East Windsor!

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join a warehouse team responsible for getting trucks loaded and ready for morning deliveries.

Schedule and pay rate: 

LOADERS
– M-F 3p-12a ($18.00/hr)
– Sun-Thus 9pm-finish ($17.50/hr.)
– M-F 4a-12p ($18.00/hr)

Bi-lingual DRIVER HELPER 
-M-F 6a-finish ($18/hr)

Important: The shifts may run later depending on when the last truck is completely loaded.

What You'll Do

• Load trucks overnight for the following morning's deliveries.

• Safely and efficiently move and position products for shipment.

• Make sure products are loaded accurately and securely.

• Work with the warehouse team to meet nightly loading deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.

• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

• Report damaged products or loading issues to management.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• 3rd shift/overnight warehouse experience is a plus.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Comfortable working overnight hours.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.

• Strong team player with good attention to detail.
