Machine Operator
Pay: $23.15/hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are hiring dependable Thermoforming Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor thermoforming machines
- Start up, shut down, and make basic machine adjustments
- Perform roll changes and monitor materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Complete production and quality checks
- Report equipment or production issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
- Machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Able to stand for a 12-hour shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
