Warehouse Puller

Lingo Staffing is now hiring experienced Warehouse Pullers in Baltimore, MD area to start ASAP!

Warehouse Puller– Experience in order pulling, forklift operation, electric pallet jacks, and RF scanners. This position is responsible for accurately pulling and staging palletized products while maintaining productivity, quality, and warehouse safety standards.

Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $17.50 Hourly
• Mid-shift: Monday-Friday: 12:00PM – 8:30PM
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Accurately pull, select, and stage products according to customer orders and daily production requirements.
• Must have 2 years of experience with warehouse pulling, order selecting, or material handling.
• Must have 2 years of experience operating an electric pallet jack and forklifts.
• Must have 2 years of order pulling/order selecting experience with palletized products.
• Follow established warehouse pulling procedures and SOPs.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, riding pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and operational safety checks.
• Use RF/handheld scanners to locate, track, and process inventory.
• Obtain paperwork and assigned door locations from warehouse leads or supervisors.
• Check completed runs for accuracy before shipment.
• Coordinate completed orders and runs with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with customer will-call orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas using Lean 5S practices.
• Participate in warehouse safety, security, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist with inventory, claims management, and other warehouse projects as assigned.
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld warehouse scanners.
• Ability and willingness to complete required equipment certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pull customer orders.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and handle warehouse materials.
• Consistently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the workday.
