Job Description
Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring Bilingual Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to start ASAP!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $20-$24/hour, based on experience
We are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support customer service, order management, invoicing, shipping/logistics, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders and follow up with Compliance and Kitting through completion.
- Communicate with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with shipping, logistics, invoicing, and inventory control.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accurate order processing.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
- Shipping/logistics and invoicing experience desired.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Teams.
- Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Professional communication and strong customer service skills.
