Lingo Staffing is hiring a Full-Time Laborer to join our East Hartford team!

If you’re hardworking, dependable, motivated, and don’t mind hands-on physical work, this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing team.

• Pay: $20.00/hour to start
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 6:30 AM until the end of the workday, typically around 2:30 PM
• Employment: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside our delivery and warehouse teams to help safely load, unload, and deliver construction materials to job sites and businesses.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading construction materials
• Repeatedly lifting and moving heavy materials
• Assisting forklift operators when loading trucks
• Helping load, secure, tarp, and cover materials for delivery
• Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials at job sites
• Working with teammates to safely and efficiently complete deliveries
• Communicating job-site concerns or customer questions to the appropriate team members
• Assisting customers picking up materials
• Handling and documenting returned materials
• Keeping trucks, the yard, warehouse, and work areas clean and organized
• Following all company safety policies and procedures

Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or labor experience is a plus, but we’re willing to consider candidates who demonstrate the right work ethic and reliability.
