NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE 

Regional Distribution Center

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | $22.82/hr.

Lingo Staffing is currently recruiting Warehouse Associates for a local Regional Distribution Center. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who have warehouse experience and are comfortable working with material handling equipment, powered pallet jacks, and handheld RF scanners.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady Monday-Friday warehouse position with an established distribution operation.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Warehouse Associate 2, you will help keep products moving efficiently through the distribution center. Your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming products
• Picking products for customer orders
• Preparing, packaging, crating, and palletizing shipments
• Loading outbound shipments
• Putting received products into designated warehouse locations
• Counting inventory and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Identifying and reporting damaged materials, shortages, and discrepancies
• Operating powered pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Using handheld RF scanners/computer systems to process warehouse transactions
• Using stretch-wrap machines, banding equipment, and other warehouse tools
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all OSHA, safety, and company procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE)
• Experience operating a powered pallet jack
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use a handheld RF scanner
• Basic math skills, including counting, multiplication, and division
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Lifting and handling materials up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequently bending, twisting, squatting, crouching, and reaching
• Safely operating warehouse equipment
• Working in a fast-paced distribution environment

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
