We are seeking a skilled and dependable Glass & Mirror Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential and commercial glass products, including mirrors, windows, shower enclosures, and other custom glass applications. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely in various environments.
Pay rate: $18-$20 DOE
Hours:  6am – 4pm M-F
  Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, install, and secure glass and mirror products according to specifications
• Install shower enclosures, mirrors, windows, and other glass applications
• Safely handle, lift, and transport glass materials
• Use hand tools and power tools necessary for installation
• Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and installation instructions
• Apply sealants, adhesives, and hardware as needed
• Inspect finished installations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
• Follow all safety procedures when working with glass materials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in glass installation, construction, remodeling, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and interpret dimensions
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift and maneuver large or heavy glass panels safely
• Comfortable working on ladders and in various jobsite conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history

We are currently seeking dependable and reliable candidates for a Maintenance Technician position. This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day work week and opportunities for long-term growth Located in Taylor, Tx.

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00PM – 10:30PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $23-27/hr DOE
Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run in an efficient manner.
• Service, repair, adjust, and test; machines, devices, and equipment including natural gas burners, CNC equipment, and overhead hoist/cranes, and dust collection systems within the facility
• Maintain parts and supply inventory by measuring usage and re-order and/or restock as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate various company vehicles including forklifts, man lifts and obtain proper training as needed.

• Ability to inspect drives, motors, belts, inspect fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions following checklist provided by Bigfoot work order program.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on natural gas burners such as replacing/repairing burners, burner controllers, temperature controller, and installing replacement parts to ensure optimal burner efficiency.
• Ability to inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring devices.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using blueprints, repair manuals, or part catalogs
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic drawings.
• Formal training and/or job-related experience in one or more of the following fields: electrical, natural gas fired systems, mechanical, pneumatics/hydraulics, dust control applications, or welding.

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, waking, stooping, and handling materials.
