Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving LEAD in the Orlando, FL area — start ASAP!
Shipping & Receiving LEAD – Supports daily logistics operations by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate & Scheduled:
$24.00/hour and up (Based on Experience)
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be available for weekends and overtime as needed
Job Duties & Requirements:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness
3+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience required.
Must have a clear and valid Driver License.
Match shipments to packing slips and purchase orders; report discrepancies or damages
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to shipping specifications
Label and document all inbound and outbound shipments
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Conduct inventory counts and report shortages
Track shipments and communication with carriers and internal teams
Experience driving a box truck with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS systems preferred
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
