Now Hiring: Material Handlers / Forklift Operators – Canonsburg, PA


Lingo Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers/Forklift Operators to join a growing facility in the Canonsburg, PA area. This role is essential to keeping production moving by safely transporting materials, supporting work cells, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations.


Pay & Schedule:
Weekend Shifts
  • 1st Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM – $16.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM – $17.50/hr
Weekday Shift
  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM – $17.50/hr


Job Duties:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
  • Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished products
  • Maintain production flow and supply work cells
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Load and unloaded delivery trucks
  • Perform additional tasks assigned

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Must have 2 plus years of forklift operator experience.
  • Pallet jack experience (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability (No BUS Line)
