Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP! Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate - To support our logistics operations. This position is responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment. Payrate: $18.00 HourlyScheduled:
1st shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness.
Must have experience driving a box truck and a clean driving record.
Must have 2+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving clerk experience.
Match shipments to packing slips and purchase orders, report discrepancies or damages.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to customer and carrier specifications.
Label and document all inbound and outbound shipments appropriately.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe manner.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
Track shipments and communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
