Job Description
Machine Operator Company & Job Overview:Our clients a leading manufacturer of a diverse range of paper products, including office supplies, packaging materials, and specialty papers, serving customers across various industries. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of industrial machinery to support the manufacturing of our high-quality paper products. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor various types of machinery, such as paper cutters, folding machines, and packaging equipment, to ensure consistent product quality and output
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machinery to maintain optimal performance
Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to machine operation and production
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
Proficient in the operation of industrial machinery and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions: This position will be based in our manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibration, and physical labor. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed.
