Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Coil Winders & Fabricators in Macedonia, OH Hours: 6am to 6pm, 12-Hour Shifts, Monday – Friday (60-hr work week) Days: Monday – Friday Pay: Starting at $19/hr Short Description: A growing local manufacturer of low-volume custom products is seeking experienced Coil Winders and Fabricators for full-time, long-term employment in Macedonia, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with strong blueprints skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to grow with a supportive team. Requirements (Both Roles):
2+ years of experience in either coil winding or metal fabrication
High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Mechanically inclined and familiar with hand tools
MIG welding experience preferred, but not required
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
Able to maintain good working relationships with team members
Open to feedback and instruction
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, gripping for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with proper PPE and safety protocols
Please note: This is a non-climate-controlled facility, and temperatures inside the shop may be comparable to outdoor conditions during warmer/colder months. Applicants should be comfortable working in a warm/cold industrial environment
Coil Winder-Specific Responsibilities:
Wind transformers or motor components according to specs
Operate coil winding machines and related tools
Fabricator-Specific Responsibilities:
Operate shears, drill press, cut-off saws, and other fabrication tools
Assist in the cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components
