Job Description

Lingo Staffing is hiring a Roofing Estimator in Orange, CT!
***Must have relevant experience***
Payrate:  $30-35/hour, depending on experience
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze blueprints and project specifications to understand scope and requirements.
  • Use roofing estimation software (e.g., Roofr, Xactimate, iRoofing) to calculate quantities and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry standards.
  • Clearly communicate estimates and project details to clients and internal teams.
  • Prior roofing or construction estimating experience preferred; strong math and blueprint reading skills required.
