Lingo Staffing is now hiring Bilingual Packers in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP! Bilingual Packers – Responsible for placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. Payrate: $14.00 - $15.00 hourly (Based on Experience) Schedule:
1st shift: Monday – Thursday – 5:30AM – 4:00PM
Must be able to work weekends & overtime
Job Requirements & Duties:
Pack finished products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
Must be Bilingual – Spanish
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Label and seal boxes accurately.
Stack and organize packaged goods on pallets for shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company policies, GMP, and safety procedures.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
